Retire top officers before prosecuting them-Maundeni

Before stripping senior public servants of their dignity by parading them at the courts of law as criminals, the state authorities must first retire the affected senior officers to protect not only their dignity but even that of the offices they hold, political analyst, Professor Zibani Maundeni has advised.
