Retailers that sell knives should be licensed in same way as those that sell guns, former police chief says - after teenage killer bought 79 blades including murder weapon from the same website

A former Bedfordshire PCC said the Government needs to urgently look at ensuring retailers of certain knives and blades are licensed like those who sell firearms.
