The restaurant where Rita Ora hosted her lockdown flouting 30th birthday bash has avoided losing its licence after councillors voted to suspend it for six weeks.  
The Metropolitan Police had urged Kensington and Chelsea Council to take away the licence held by Casa Cruz in Notting Hill, west London, following the incident in November last year.
The singer, whose representatives offered the since-departed manager £5,000 for the illegal opening, was previously branded 'selfish' by police for holding the party.
Guests who attended the event included supermodel Cara Delevingne and her actress sister Poppy.
