Residents, volunteers raise concerns about League City animal center's cat program

Following public criticism from citizens and volunteers, League City Animal Care and Adoption Center officials paused the shelter’s trap, neuter and return program to assess and evaluate how the shelter releases cats deemed “community cats.”
