LOS ANGELES, Feb. 19, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Even after years of study in college, there remains one big hurdle before a medical student can achieve the goal of becoming a doctor. That, of course, is the need to serve in a residency for a period usually ranging from 3 to 7 years, depending on specialty.
