TEAMS of university researchers are to pitch their plans for the future of Bromsgrove's Artrix after its run as a Covid-19 mass vaccination centre.
A ‘Virtual Consultancy Challenge’ run by Careers Network at the University of Birmingham will task postgraduate researchers with pitching their sustainable ideas for the theatre.
The challenge will see groups from the second city university meet with and ultimately pitch their proposals to their ‘client’, Artrix’s owners the Artrix Holding Trust, through a series of virtual meetings and video presentations this spring.
Through the specialist training programme, the researchers will tackle the real-life challenges facing Artrix and spaces like it as a teaching tool for teamwork, project management, creative problem solving and pitching.
