Researchers Receive $1.2 Million Grant to Study Link Between Gut Bacteria and Liver Disease

(1/18/23) Researchers from the University of Missouri School of Medicine have received $1.2 million from the National Institutes of Health to study how a diet high in fat and sugar may stimulate a type of gut bacteria to cause liver disease.
