As Matthew McConaughey leads in a poll for Texas Governor, people want to know what way he politically sways, Republican or Democrat? He hasn’t confirmed as of yet, but here’s everything he’s said before.
A poll by the Dallas Morning News has shown that Matthew McConaughey is the favoured candidate over current governor Greg Abbot. 45% of registered voters in Texas say they would vote for the actor.
Democrats seem more in Matthew’s favour, with 2/3 saying they’d vote for him. While 30% of republicans said they would vote for Matthew.
