Republican commissioner candidates to remain on Westmoreland ballot

Republican Westmoreland County commissioner candidates John Ventre and Paul Kosko will remain on the GOP primary ballot after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Tuesday declined to hear an appeal of a lower court ruling.
