Reports confirm Maine police ignored months of warnings prior to Lewiston massacre

Following last weeks’ mass shooting and Robert Card’s suicide, multiple reports have confirmed that police were warned that the US Army soldier was mentally unwell, armed and had previously threatened to carry out a mass shooting.
