Report says stranger grabbed boy but clerk intervened

An 11-year-old boy is safe after a stranger allegedly grabbed his arm and tried to get him to go to the stranger’s truck, which was parked at the Dollar General at 1758 Stonewall Jackson Boulevard in Orangeburg.
