Repairs to Pole Hill Powerplant expected to continue through March

The repairs will cause both the Pole Hill and Flatiron Powerplants to cease operation. While repairs are underway, users of Pinewood Reservoir may see "very low water levels" while Carter Lake is expected to see a drop of nine feet in water level and Horsetooth Reservoir will see a drop of two to three feet; Carter Lake and Horsetooth Reservoir are currently 72% and 69% full respectively, the release added.
