WASHINGTON D.C. -- Congressmen from Southern Oregon and Northern California are challenging the Biden Administration today to enact a standing rule related to the endangered Northern Spotted Owl.
Oregon 2nd U.S. House District Representative Cliff Bentz (R-OR) is lead author of a congressional letter sent today, signed by nine House Republicans including California 1st U.S. House District Representative Doug LaMalfa (R-CA), urging the U.S. Department of Interior to immediately enact a federal rule published January 15, 2021, revising the designation of the critical habitat of the Northern Spotted Owl (NSO).
