Rent increase forces closure of Kitsilano brunch spot after 30 years of business

After serving eggs benedicts and other breakfast fare in Vancouver's Kitsilano neighbourhood since 1993, Nelly's Grill is closing at the end of the month due a rent increase, its owner says.
