Renovated rec and senior center prepares to reopen with 5,000-square-foot mural

The Rivera Recreation Center and Mann Older Adult Center is preparing to reopen with a 5,000-square-foot mural. The piece was created by three artists with Amber Art and Design and members of the local Latino community.
