SouthEast Development Group released renderings Wednesday showing how it wants to restore the historic Laura Street Trio as part of a redevelopment that also would feature new construction for a boutique hotel, restaurants and bars on a corner that's blighted now by abandoned buildings.
The total development costs are anticipated to be about $69 million with the final cost dependent on tenant finishes, according to SouthEast Development, which is based in Jacksonville.
The renderings offer a view of a development project that could go before the Downtown Investment Authority for a vote on incentives in March. If the DIA board approves incentives, City Council would have the final say.
