Reliance Retail achieved a landmark of one billion transactions in FY23, with its registered user base growing to 249 million, according to the annual report of Reliance Industries. Additionally, it added 3,300 new stores in the year, taking its total count to 18,040 stores across 65.6 million sq ft. The company plans to expand its footprint into tier two and three markets, ramp up digital commerce and new commerce businesses, and deepen its warehousing and fulfilment capabilities.
