Registrar determines Republican candidate living in his friend's garage meets residency requirements; petition to disqualify him fails

A petition attempted to disqualify Tim Griffin from the House district 53 race on the grounds he didn't meet residency requirements failed. The registrar said he should be registered "where he sleeps at night," regardless of the building's zoning.
