(OLNEY) The Richland County TB & Health Office in Olney reported twenty-four (24) new COVID-19 on Tuesday, but no new deaths. Yesterday’s updated numbers now show 1,414 confirmed coronavirus cases involving Richland County residents, with 38 deaths, 1,196 people recovered, 148 quarantined, 180 in isolation, and 12 hospitalized. There have been 17,295 tests in Richland County with 15,881 negatives. For COVID-19 testing at Carle Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney, use the front parking lot “B” off of North East Street, with testing available from 8:00 each morning to 6:00 each evening, seven days a week.

(NEWTON) The Jasper County Health Department in Newton reported ten (10) new COVID-19 cases yesterday. The new updated numbers reported as of Tuesday afternoon show 921 coronavirus cases involving Jasper County residents, with 15 deaths, 818 people that have recovered, 138 quarantined due to contact, 88 current postive cases in home isolation, and 4 that are now hospitalized. There have been 7,470 people tested for COVID-19 in Jasper County, now with 6,549 negative test results in the county.
