Saturday’s COVID-19 data shows 280 new cases in Saskatchewan, with 127 of them in Regina.

Saskatoon accounted for 51 new cases, while the south east reported 24, and 20 came from the south central. Other zones that reported cases include the north west (18), the north east (11), the central east (10), the south west (6), the far north west (6), the north central (3), the central west (one) and the far north east (one). Two more cases are pending resident location.
The seven-day average for new daily cases is 220, which is equal to 17.9 new cases per 100,000 residents.
190 people have recovered, but the active case count still went up significantly to 2,143.
