Regal Cinemas will reopen its Mississippi theaters this month in part of the company's global reopening after shutting down its 536 theaters across the United States in October to prevent spread of the coronavirus.
Both Regal UA Parkway Place in Flowood and Regal UA Westbrook in Brookhaven will reopen May 21, according to the company's website. Company officials did not respond to requests for additional information about the reopening.
According to the company's website, all guests will be required to wear face masks at all times, during showings, while standing in the theatre lobby and restrooms. Masks can be taken off only when eating or drinking.
