Red Rock Power has acquired the shareholding in the 56-turbine wind farm from Green Investment Group (GIG).
The wind farm reached commercial operation earlier this month and it is Red Rock Power’s first project outside of the UK.
Overturingen consists of 56 Siemens Gamesa 4.3-130 turbines which use the company’s de-icing technology to "maximise availability and generation output".
Red Rock Power chief executive Guy Madgwick said: “Sweden’s commitment to renewable energy and wealth of natural resources meant it was an obvious key target for us as we set our sights on expansion into other European markets.
“We are delighted to be partnering with CapMan Infra and bringing the Overturingen wind farm into our growing portfolio.
