Reappointment to the Tribunal Procedure Committee
The Lord Chancellor, after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice, has approved the reappointment of Gabriella Bettiga as member of the Tribunal Procedure Committee .

The Lord Chancellor, after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice, has approved the re-appointment of Gabriella Bettiga as a member of the Tribunal Procedure Committee (TPC) for 3 years from 2 May 2021.
Gabriella Bettiga is a practising immigration and asylum consultant solicitor and accredited at Level 3 Advanced Caseworker since 2010. She specialises in EEA applications and appeals, nationality law and applications for entry clearance and in country, both within the immigration rules and based on human rights.
