The sales of certain categories of beauty products always go up and down, but no more so than in the past year, which has seen falling sales of make-up products versus a rise in skincare. New statistics from Boots own brand No7 has revealed its Line Correcting Booster Serum, which is now priced at £19, was one of the company’s best-selling products of 2020.
In a survey of 2000 women, Boots found that almost 60 percent of women are now more aware of lines since the start of the pandemic. Zoom calls certainly don’t help - there’s nothing like constantly staring at your face through the computer screen to highlight areas you previously wouldn't have been concerned about.
