'Freak' turbulence lands 11 airplane passengers in hospital as they returned from a Christmas cruise

Passengers returning from a Caribbean cruise to the UK hit ‘freak’ severe turbulence on their flight from Barbados to Manchester. The flight diverted to Bermuda, where 11 passengers were admitted to hospital and later discharged.
