Readers share their experiences of getting the vaccine and look to the 'light at the end of the tunnel'
Readers have been sharing their vaccination experiences following a plea for vaccine sceptics to come forward for their jabs once invited.
Cumbria County Council's director of public health, Colin Cox, and other experts have been reinforcing the importance of having the vaccine following a recent ONS report.
The study into vaccine hesitancy stated that younger people, aged 16 to 29, were the most vaccine-hesitant age group in England.
It also said that ‘side effects’, ‘long-term effects on health’ and ‘how well the vaccine works’ were the top three reasons for reporting vaccine hesitancy.
