On Sunday afternoon, Winnipeg International Airport RCMP received a report that drugs had been discovered during a security check of cargo being shipped to Bunibonibee Cree Nation (Oxford House).

Mounties said initial investigation determined that a man had entered a business adjacent to the airport to arrange to have a large package shipped north. When the package was examined by security employees at the business, it appeared to have been tampered with. On further inspection, cocaine was located inside the package.
