'Traumatised' mother and son forced to spend night on 'freezing' train stranded at station in snow

Lorentinah Kaseke, from Cambridge, said it was a 'traumatising experience' having 'nowhere to go' or any other way to get home as taxis and buses could not make their way out to people.
