Randy Kaoud, founder of iconic CT Oriental rug stores, dies at 85

Rumzi "Randy" Kaoud, who cofounded a rug cleaning business with two brothers in 1954 that later became Kaoud Rugs & Carpet, died May 6. He was 85.
