Randolph County has administered more than 58,880 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, as of April 27, according to data from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
That's up 5% from the previous week's tally of 55,982 COVID-19 doses administered.
North Carolina reported 963,771 total cases of coronavirus, an increase of 1% from the week before.
The five counties with the highest percentage of their population fully vaccinated in North Carolina as of April 27 are Dare County (45%), Orange County (41%), Brunswick County (40%), Macon County (37%) and Pamlico County (36%).
