Rajiv Kumar steps down as Niti Aayog vice chairperson, Suman Bery to take over

After serving as Niti Aayog's vice chairman for nearly five years, Rajiv Kumar has stepped down from the post, and will be replaced by economist Suman K Bery on May 1.
