'Drag mom' who mentored child drag queen is jailed for 11 felony child sex crimes

Kelsey Meta Boren, 31, pleaded guilty to 11 counts of encouraging child sexual abuse in the first degree. She previously worked as an elementary school teacher in Oregon.
