RAF officer's widow wins payout after he fell to his death from hotel window

Sgt Christopher James fell from White Lion Hotel, in Upton-upon-Severn, Worcs
Judges found his death could have been prevented by fitting of £7 window catch
His widow, Deborah - a 43-year-old teacher, of Par, Cornwall - sued hotel owners, winning an initial victory at High Court in Bristol in January last year
Ruling was appealed but judges in London today gave Mrs James right to payout
