Latrell Mitchell will have to cop a four-match NRL suspension after losing his fight at the judiciary, leaving his Dally M hopes in tatters.  
The South Sydney superstar failed in his bid to have a dangerous contact charge downgraded on Tuesday, meaning he has little time to prove his credentials for State of Origin.
However, the news was much better for Victor Radley, who is free to play for the Sydney Roosters on Anzac Day after avoiding a ban for what his legal team claimed was "glancing" contact with Cameron Munster.
