R3.2m in arrears: MaMkhize and son face 'eviction' from four mansions

According to
Sunday World, a man from Johannesburg has applied for a court order to evict the businesswoman popularly known as MaMkhize, and her son from four of their luxury Sandton properties worth close to R20-million after they allegedly reneged on a cash sale deal.
In the papers that
Sunday World has copies of, Peretz – who has been granted power of attorney by the seller Yaron Peretz – is the applicant in the matter while Andile is the first respondent, MaMkhize the second and the occupants of the houses are the third respondents.
In an affidavit last year, Peretz said that Andile signed an offer to purchase four posh houses in Sandton, north of Johannesburg, in cash instalments.
