The strikes were postponed after an offer was tabled by the company.
The workers will now vote on the offer, with the result of the ballot expected around February 12.
A spokesperson for Quorn, said: "Following positive discussions with our staff and the team at UNITE, we have presented a proposal to our staff which UNITE has recommended their members accept. Strike action has been postponed whilst members vote on the offer put forward.”
