Quinte groups dispensing free bicycle helmets to promote children's safety

Habitat for Humanity PEH, the Brain Injury Association of Quinte District and the Children’s Safety Village are joining forces to give bicycle helmets away free to children June 25 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Safety Village in Belleville
