Queensland police drop hacking charges after Brisbane student claims he was arrested in case of racially charged mistaken identity

The 21-year-old student says he went to the Carina Police Station in February to pay a parking fine, but was soon surrounded by six officers. He's since appeared in court four times under another man's name.
