Queen Letizia of Spain has reworn one of her favourite jacket for the fifth time today. 
The Spanish royal, 48, donned the colourful number from Spanish brand Uterque to visit the Mutua Madrileña in Madrid this morning.  
She paired the jacket with sleek white trousers from Massimo Dutti, red swede heels from Uterque and a white cross-body bag from Furla with a purple top for a meeting with the Madrid-based insurance company.
