QC probes barangay chief, homeowners president over alleged COVID-19 gathering violation

The Quezon City government Legal Department initiated an investigation on Matandang Balara Barangay Captain Allan Franza and Homeowners Association President Don Brabante after they allegedly failed to prohibit and subsequently report a public gathering - a wedding - and a drinking session that led to 72 COVID-19 infections.
