QC cops, civilians showcase artistic talents in painting contest

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) previously held a canvass painting contest as part of its efforts in promoting the artistic talents of its uniformed and non-uniformed personnel as well as civilians of all ages.
According to QCPD, the entries to the painting contest were submitted on Nov. 18
