Qatar- Easy approval for events after applying through Metrash2

Doha: Major Ali Ahmed Al Binali, Head of e-Services Section of the Information Systems Department at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) has said that everyone can submit an application for holding an event (for example wedding or condolence) through Metrash2 and the approval is granted immediately after signing the pledge of following precautionary measures.
'After submitting the request, the Ministry of Interior's (MoI) representatives visit the venue of approved event to ensure that the measures recommended by the competent authorities are applied in order to prevent the spread of the virus, he said while speaking to a local channel.
