Louisiana is known for many attributes, from the celebration of Mardi Gras to the resiliency of its residents in the face of too many hurricanes in recent years. The Pelican State could also be known as the State-Bred State. Those Cajuns have built an elite state-bred program that will present its premier state-bred race – the $1 million LQHBA Louisiana Million Futurity (RG1) – on December 19.
