Getting the London area’s 22,000 Catholic students back into a normal groove this fall after two years interrupted by the pandemic is a top priority, says the incoming head of the separate school system.
Vince Romeo, 44, who takes over as the London District Catholic school board’s director of education Aug. 1, says his focus, assuming schools will be back to in-person learning, is doing whatever needs to be done to get kids back into the normal routine of education in nine secondary and 43 elementary schools.
