PWD groups want return of cash allowances, cashless JKMPay too difficult for mobility impaired

KUALA LUMPUR: Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) organisations and groups of individuals on Saturday (Feb 19) urged the Women, Family and Community Development Ministry (KPWKM) to reinstate the Incentive Allowance for Disabled Workers (Epoku) disbursement using cash for the ease of the community.
