Punjab Police scraps recruitment exams for Sub-Inspectors; fresh exams to be conducted soon

Punjab Police has scrapped the examinations conducted to fill 560 posts of Sub-Inspectors (SIs) on the directions of the Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and Deputy Chief Minister Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa to maintain the integrity and fairness of the examination process for recruitment, informed Official Spokesperson of the Punjab Police on Sunday.
