Punjab Police arrest one more operative of ISI-backed terror module

Punjab Police have arrested a third operative of ISI-backed terror module jointly handled by Canada-based gangster Lakhbir Singh alias Landa and Pakistan-based Gangster Harvinder Singh Rinda, said Director General of Police (DGP) Punjab Gaurav Yadav here on Saturday.
