Pune will continue to remain under lockdown since there has been no change in the positivity rate in covid cases meaning that all shops will have to be closed by 4 pm. This came after the Deputy Chief Minister, Ajit Pawar took a weekly covid review meeting on Friday (July 9) at the Council Hall in Pune. The city is currently at ‘Level 3’ of the Maharashtra government’s five-level unlock plan that seeks to ease coronavirus-induced curbs as per infection positivity rate and oxygen bed occupancy numbers.
