Pullman middle school and high school students are tentatively set to return to the classroom with a hybrid format by March 1st.
The Pullman School Board received a reopening plan update from staff during a special meeting Wednesday. Families can choose to keep their children studying online. For those who want to return to the classroom middle school students are set to begin a hybrid format on the 22
nd. Pullman High School students who want to return to the classroom are set to begin a hybrid format on March 1st. Middle and high school students will have in-person classroom instruction 2 days a week. That hybrid format will continue for the rest of the year because of physical distancing requirements that can’t be met if those grades returned to the classroom 5 days a week. High school sports won’t resume until Eastern Washington advances to phase 2 of Governor Jay Inslee’s pandemic restrictions.
