Pulaski County sheriff details plan to give some inmates more freedom following filming of Netflix's 'Unlocked: A Jail Experiment'

Pulaski County Sheriff Eric Higgins on Tuesday further detailed his plan to expand to other cell blocks the changes that gave more freedom to inmates in the jail's cell block H during and after the filming of a reality TV show there last year.
